Attending classes and exercising with others who are motivated to get fit and have fun will inspire you to stay healthy, reach personal goals, makes friends, and try something new! Group Fitness Classes
The Y offers group fitness classes that are welcome to adults 14 years and older of all levels and abilities. Join a certified fitness instructor for Group Cycling, Yoga Sculpt, Strength Training, Shallow Water Exercise and more!
At the Y, we provide a Wellness Center for our members to utilize. This space offers state of the art cardio, strength equipment, and more! Adults 14 years and older of all levels and abilities are welcome in the Wellness Center.
